Tasks
As a shift manager in our factory for room modules for residential construction, you will be responsible for the efficient organization and management of production. - Management and coordination of the production team:
You will be responsible for guiding, training and motivating the employees on your shift.
- Monitoring production:
You keep an eye on the production process and ensure the efficiency of the manufacturing processes
- Quality control:
You monitor product quality and initiate corrective measures if necessary
- Shift planning and coordination:
You will create shift schedules to optimize production capacity and ensure that production targets are met.
- Communication and reporting:
You will communicate regularly with work scheduling and production management
Your Profile
- A sense of responsibility
- Ability to work in a team and willingness to work in an interdisciplinary team
- Flexibility to work in two shifts and adapt to changing requirements.
- Structured and independent way of working
- Technical training and experience in production management are advantageous
