In the rapidly expanding Modular Construction division, we are looking for a
Civil Engineer as Project Manager Modular Construction (m/f/d)
Tasks
- Realization of micro-apartments, apartment houses, boarding houses, student housing in Bavaria, Berlin and the Rhine-Main area
- Travel up to 2-3 days per week
- Responsible coordination, control and monitoring of the project processes from planning to assembly and on-site acceptance of the construction projects
- Central point of contact for building owners, construction partners, internal teams as well as implementation and specialist planning, interface to production
- Coordination of bills of quantities with quantity determination and participation in the awarding of contracts
- Monitor quality, deadlines and costs and take responsibility for the associated decisions
Your Profile
- Successful completion of a degree in civil engineering or architecture, alternatively as a technician
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the construction and project management of larger new buildings, ideally in turnkey construction
- Confident handling of MS Office, MS project and tender programs
- Team-oriented personality with solution-oriented mindset, assertiveness and project management skills
- Ready to travel 2-3 days/week
