Tasks
- Commissioning of subcontractor services for all trades in turnkey residential construction
- Checking the content of contracts for completeness and follow-up
- Invoice verification
- Written and telephone coordination with authorities and customers
- Digitization of documents (building permits, contracts, etc.) and support with other administrative activities
- Carrying out secretarial tasks
Your Profile
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training or comparable training
- First professional experience in commercial assistance or processing desirable
- Communicative personality with a confident manner
- High degree of team spirit
- Strong hands-on mentality to implement tasks independently and practically
- Confident handling of MS Office
