In our rapidly expanding Modular Construction division, we are looking for a CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (m/f/d) at our company location in Berlin as soon as possible.
Tasks
- Guidance, control and monitoring of subcontractor services
- Observing and complying with specifications, such as building permits, plans, health and safety guidelines and other regulations
- Elaboration of individual procedures and preparation of a construction schedule
- Regular review of the proper implementation of the construction work
- Acceptance of services and deliveries
- Cost control and invoice verification
- Participation in official inspections
Your Profile
- Training as a civil engineer or degree in civil engineering/architecture.
- Five years of relevant professional experience required
- Experience in construction management of a general contractor in building construction desirable
- Knowledge of turnkey construction desirable
- Knowledge of construction law and common regulations such as VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures)
- Ability to make decisions on your own responsibility and also to represent them
- Appropriate assertiveness
- Willingness to develop further
- Strong organizational skills and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented entrepreneurial thinking and acting with vision
