Foreman precast concrete construction in deputy (m/f/d) (Vollzeit)
As one of the market leaders in modular construction, we manufacture completely finished room modules in the production halls of the Deutsche Modulhaus Fabrik. These are produced by means of special concrete formwork and then removed on a finishing line, including all finishing trades. Even the kitchen and bathroom fittings, including lighting, are already installed when the modules are delivered to the construction site for final assembly.

PRE-SUPERVISOR CONCRETE MANUFACTURING (m/f/d)
Tasks
- Reading and applying technical documents, such as formwork and reinforcement plans
- Quality and final inspection of the produced residential modules
- Responsibility for the smooth operational readiness of equipment, machinery and technical facilities
- Support in the planning of production processes
- Participation in the supervision and scheduling of personnel
Your Profile
- You have completed a trade apprenticeship as a precast concrete worker, concrete worker, formwork worker or bricklayer or alternatively have professional experience in concrete processing
- You have technical understanding and work carefully
- You have a great willingness to learn and enjoy working as part of a team
- You can read technical planning documents
- Ideally, you have some experience in personnel management
