Sales consultant in sales of solid buildings (f/m/d) (Vollzeit)

Home consultants have a major responsibility, as they support home-owners in realising their new living spaces. Mostly the biggest investment of their lives. As a Sales Consultant with Lechner Massivhaus GmbH you will advise your home-owners from the initial presentation of their wishes through to realisation of their dream homes.

As a high-performance, medium-sized company, our focus is on the manufacture of solid turnkey houses made of  expanded clay with unique pre-fabrication at the factory. 

For our Regensburg sitewe are looking for an independent retail representative in customer consultancy and sales.

Tasks

  • Winning customers and prospective customers for new housebuilding projects
  • Advising and providing analysis in discussions with prospective customers
  • Processing enquiries from interested parties from offer to signature of contract 
  • Supporting your prospective customers in looking for plots of land
  • Organising and implementing regional sales activities 
     

Your Profile

  • You are self-confident, an excellent communicator and enjoy making sales 
  • You are empathetic and persuasive 
  • You enjoy interacting with people 
  • You want to make a difference and are happy to be judged by your success
  • You are pleased to accept responsibility and acquire knowledge independently
  • People with experience in the area of product presentation and salespeople from all sectors looking to make a sideways move are welcome
