Site manager for turnkey construction or building construction

Tasks

  • Instruction, control and monitoring of subcontractor services
  • Observing and complying with specifications such as building permits, plans, health and safety guidelines and other regulations
  • Developing the individual processes and creating a construction schedule
  • Regular checks and target-oriented assurance of the proper implementation of construction work
  • Acceptance of services and deliveries to our customers and subcontractors
  • Independent invoicing of construction work
  • Cost control and invoice verification
  • Participation in official acceptance procedures

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed training as a construction technician or degree in civil engineering or architecture
  • Several years of relevant professional experience required
  • Experience in turnkey construction desirable
  • Applicable knowledge of construction law and current regulations such as VOB
  • Ability to make decisions independently and to defend them
  • Open and motivating communication style and assertiveness paired with the ability to work in a team
  • Strong organizational and negotiating skills
  • Goal-oriented entrepreneurial thinking and acting with vision
